Zillur R. Bhuiyan is a Master Mariner from U.K. and has three years command experience. He is in the field of marine survey and consultancy since 1989. He has obtained Diploma in Marine Surveying from the International Institute of Marine Surveying (U.K.), and is a Certified Marine Surveyor from NAMS, (USA).

He has worked as a marine surveyor & consultant in Dubai for more than seven years, in Singapore for about two years, in Bangladesh for eight years and developed expertise in the marine hull, cargo & P&I casualty investigation throughout the Middle East, Sub-Continent and Far East.

Capt. Zillur is proficient in P&I and H&M pre-entry & condition and loss prevention surveys, JH 2006/010 surveys, vessel pre-purchase condition surveys, collision damage, hull & cargo damage, cargo loss prevention and loss control surveys for P&I Clubs and ship interests, investigation into cargo and hull claims/disputes, warranty surveys, technical consultant to maritime lawyers, local port & shipping consultant.

He is an ISM & ISPS Code Lead Auditor and Liberia Flag State Inspector.

Fasihur Rahman is a Master Mariner and has four years command experience in ocean going vessels. He is in the field of marine survey and consultancy since 2006. He has obtained Diploma in Marine Surveying from the International Institute of Marine Surveying (U.K.) with merit and with specialization in Marine Incident Investigation, Warranty Surveys, Specific Surveys and Insurance Damage Surveys for Hull Surveyors. He is also a certified marine surveyor from the Department of Shipping, Government of Bangladesh.
